As a general manager, project manager, engineer, and software developer, Steve has had the opportunity to observe and direct the interplay of People, Processes, and Platforms (P³) from many different positions in a variety of organizations. Committed to helping people and organizations meet their potential, Steve works with clients to understand their businesses and where they derive their unique value. Working in partnership with client personnel, Steve helps organizations understand and balance their P³ to produce measurable results!

Steve's 25 years of experience build on the solid educational foundation of an MBA and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering – both from the University of Texas at Austin.
